About
Why the workplace.
ACT has 30 years of rigorous research behind it. It is widely used in clinical settings and produces consistently strong outcomes. What it has lacked is a simple, accessible version designed specifically for the pressures of a working day — for the high-stakes conversation, the decision under time pressure, the sustained stress of a demanding role.
Most workplace wellbeing tools ask people to step away from the situation. Meditate. Take a break. Go for a walk. That is good advice. It is also often unavailable precisely when stress is highest.
The Interference Window is designed to be useful in the moment — in the room, during the meeting, in the middle of the pressure. Not as a technique to apply but as a way of seeing what is happening, which is often enough on its own to change how much grip the interference has.
Who this is for
I built this for people like me. Leaders and senior professionals who are high functioning, who are not in crisis, and who know, if they are honest, that their thinking is getting in the way of their best work more often than it should.
If that resonates, start with the quiz. It takes three minutes and gives you an immediate picture of where you are. If it is useful, Through the Window will keep building on it — one short insight each week, written for people doing real work under real pressure.
One to one coaching.
A small number of one-to-one coaching sessions are available for leaders who want to apply the Interference Window to a specific situation they are navigating. These are practical conversations, not therapy. One session is enough for most people. There is no commitment to continue.
